Linstead is a community of about 150 homes located on the Severn River, 7 miles north of Annapolis. The community was founded in 1944 when Mr. Kuethe and Mr. Groh bought the property and began building and selling homes. There is a rich history to our community going back to 1680, when Christopher Randall was granted the 102 acres of land, which is now Linstead. The community has grown and prospered over the years, and many of our residents who grew up here have returned to raise their families. There is no better place to live.
